Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2023-041 for the New Century Adult Detention Center (NCADC) Mixing Valves Project shall be submitted electronically via IonWave until 2:00 PM local time on June 21, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at the link provided in the Activities Tab.
The Project includes the following Work:
(Plumbing) Remove and replace domestic hot water mixing valves.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on June 5, 2023, at 10:00 AM local time at the Johnson County New Century Adult Detention Center located at 27745 W. 159 th Street, New Century, Kansas 66031. Please gather at the front entrance. Bidders are required to attend the meeting to view site conditions.
Questions must be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM local time on June 14, 2023, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas.
