Is there a possibility that an award may be made as a result of this RFI submission, or is this RFI solely for information gathering purposes at this stage?

Answer

This RFI was issued to get a better sense of the current market place with respect to potential options and solutions for agenda management systems. Also, we wanted to get estimates from vendors in order to identify and request a budget. System selection will involve a formal solicitation process.

Does the County currently have an incumbent supplier for its Agenda Management needs? If so, could you provide details about the existing solution and the reason for seeking alternative options?

Answer
|
The County has an existing vendor and we are currently exploring options to ensure that the County has the best available working relationship and support for critical application needs. The agenda application supports an extremely visible and critical function within the County. Our staff wants to ensure that County's needs and issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

One of the goals with this RFI is to develop an understanding of budget parameters for use in future budget requests. We appreciate any cost estimates that can be provided for this purpose.
