Bid Questions
Question Good afternoon. Our president had a question related to the insurance:

Their bid says:
9.1.4 Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions Insurance: 1. Minimum Limit: $1,000,000 per claim or per occurrence. 2. If the insurance is on a Claims-Made basis, the retroactive date shall be no later than the commencement of the work or services under this Contract. 3. Insurance applicable to the work performed under the Contract shall be continued for two (2) years after completion of the work. Such continuation insurance may be provided by one of the following: (1) renewal of the existing policy; (2) an extended reporting period endorsement; or (3) replacement insurance with a retroactive date no later than the commencement of the work under this Contract.

E and O coverage is normally a professional coverage. We have product liability coverage and all the others required , but not E and O I don’t think this applies here but its stated in 9.1.4
