As an Automated Debris Management System has become the industry standard for debris monitoring, should ADMS pricing be included in all position rates that will require the use of an ADMS? Should a Proposer choose to propose rates with an ADMS fee separately, should that Proposer specify exactly which positions would be charged that additional ADMS fee and include that additional fee in the total costs (hourly or lump sum) so that the COUNTY can accurately assess the overall cost of the proposal?
