Notice of Intent to Sell Property

The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept offers for the purchase of old, broken roll off containers located at 1703 E. 8 th (Landfill) Liberal, KS 67901.

  • 7 – 20 yard containers
  • 7 – 30 yard containers
  • 21 – 40 yard containers

The Board of Seward County Commissioners has received an offer of $100.00 per container for a total of $3,500.00 for all containers. If you are interested in submitting an offer you may do so by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022.

Offers will need to be made in writing with contact information included. Offers will be received at the Seward County Clerk’s Office, Seward County Administration Building, 515 N. Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, Kansas 67901, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022. Offers will be presented to the Board of Seward County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on November 7, 2022.

The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and the right to waive any or all irregularities therein.
