The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will be accepting sealed bids for a Commercial Security Camera System at the Seward County Activity Center located at 810 Stadium Rd and Seward County AG Building located at 1703 W 8 ^th St Liberal, KS.

Sealed bids will be received at the Seward County Clerk’s Office, 515 N Washington, Suite 100, Liberal, Kansas 67901 until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. The envelopes should be plainly marked “Activity Center and Ag Building Cameras”. Bids received after the scheduled time will be returned unopened. Bids will be presented to the Board of Seward County Commissioners at their regular meeting on December 18, 2023.

• Hardwire instillation of Digital Mega-pixel camera system with infrared night vision, 32 channel NRV in the Activity Center, 16 channel NRV in the Ag Building with 30 days storage capacity
• All cameras to be hardwired for reliability
• 43 Cameras total at this time, 13 outdoor, 30 indoor
• Cameras also setup on Director & Assistants work stations for viewing and playback, with remote access
