Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Independence Waterline and Meter Replacement will be received at Independence, KS City Hall, 811 W. Laurel Street, Independence, KS 67301 until 2:00 pm May 18, 2023, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time stated above will be returned un-opened.
