Description:

The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform the preliminary engineering (FEL phase 1) for a water pipeline of approximately nine miles in Montgomery County, Kansas.

The pipeline will connect the existing water treatment plant in Independence, Kansas to the Bartlett soybean processing facility. Preliminary routes with two alternative entry points to the processing facility are attached as Route A and Route B.

Submissions must include two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic pdf copy of the proposal by 2:00 p.m. CST on May 1, 2023.
