Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the City of Hays, Kansas, at 1507 Main Street at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, until 3:00 PM, October 18th, 2022 for the construction of the 2023 Waterline Improvement Project, COH Project No. 2021-35. This project consists of one or more of the mentioned improvements and estimated quantities throughout the City of Hays: 661 feet of 6” waterline along 23rd Street from Hall Street to Elm St; 661 feet of 6” waterline along 24th Street from Hall Street to Canal Boulevard; 944 feet of 8” waterline along Cottonwood Lane from 27th Street to 29th Street. In addition, this project includes the installation of 7 new fire hydrant settings at various locations.
