Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the City of Hays, Kansas, at 1507 Main Street at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, until 3:00 P.M., Prevailing Time December 13, 2022, for the construction of the 2023 Street Maintenance Improvements, COH Project No. 2022-24. This project consists of one or more of the mentioned improvements and estimated quantities throughout the City of Hays: Seal Coat – 330,737 SY, Polypatch – 2,800 gallons, Pavement Rejuvenator – 63,281 SY, Curb and Brick Repair, Concrete Alley (6”) – 859 SY, Concrete Pavement (8”) – 5,696 SY, Sidewalk – 1,750 SF, Concrete Parking Lot (5”) – 1500 SY, and other related work.
