The City of Hays, Kansas (the City) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP), to provide water service meters and an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system for the City’s water utility. The City intends to select metering equipment and an AMI system that is best suited to its needs. The AMI system is expected to have at least a 20-year life.
