Notice Inviting Proposals for Property & Liability Insurance

The City of Garden City, Kansas is soliciting proposals for their property and liability insurance program effective December 31, 2023.  Insurance agents who would like to participate must contact the City’s consultant jcharlesworth@charlesworthconsulting.com .  Respondents will receive the RFP and marketing instructions.  Market assignments will be made with a deadline of noon, September 7, 2023.  Respondents after that deadline will still be allowed to participate but will not receive any exclusive market assignments.

Sealed proposals will be received at the City Commission Chambers, 301 N. 8th Street, Garden City KS 67846, until 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Monday, November 13, 2023, at which time the proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
