Notes	A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, at 1:00 PM at the Johnson County Med-Act 34 Facility located at 9011 Roe Drive, Prairie Village, Kansas 66207. Please gather in the North parking lot. Bidders are required to attend the meeting to view site conditions. All bids must be submitted through Johnson County's electronic bidding system, IonWave. Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, KS.
