Johnson County, Kansas, is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Managers to provide design and construction management services for a new 8,000 square foot Med-Act response station to be located at 301 N. Monroe, Olathe, Kansas 66061. This facility will house select services and programs provided by Johnson County's Department of Emergency Services and will be modeled after the prototype, Shawnee Station 1131, currently under construction.

Proposals for RFP No. 2023-047 Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for Olathe Med-Act Station shall be submitted electronically via IonWave by 2:00PM local time on July 26, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened via Zoom Video Conferencing at the link provided in the Activities Tab.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on July 6, 2023, at 2:00PM local time via Zoom Video Conferencing at the link identified in the RFP and provided in the Activities Tab. This Conference is optional and not mandatory for submitting a proposal.

Questions must be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM local time on July 14, 2023, to allow adequate time to answer and issue an addendum, if needed.
