This bid includes the following Work: Crack sealing, a seal coat surface treatment, and new pavement markings on Runway 4-22 and the connector taxiway pavements within the Runway 4-22 safety area. Copies of the drawings and specifications are available through IonWave at Johnson County Bids and Contracts or can be seen and purchased for a non-refundable fee online at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution public jobs plan room; additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com . A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on April 18, 2024, at 2:00PM CT in the Conference Room located in the Administration Building at New Century AirCenter (IXD) located at: One New Century Parkway, New Century, Kansas 66031. Questions must be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on April 23, 2024 , to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. This Project is subject to the Federal provisions, statutes, and regulations, as further described therein. Bidders must submit the following as part of their bid: Proposal Form Bid Bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. A sample form is provided in the Project Manual.
