This is a Request for Proposal for Contract Custodial Services. Please review all the documents under the Attachments tab and upload the correct documents under the Response Attachments tab.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 6 ^th , 2022 at 9:00 AM CST at the Johnson County Operations Warehouse Building at 19310 W. 159 ^th Street, Olathe, KS 66062. Please gather at the front entrance. Additional sites will be visited and toured after visitors have gathered at the initial meeting location. Respondents are required to attend the meeting to view site conditions.

All bids must be submitted through Johnson County’s electronic bidding system, Ionwave.
