11. Can you provide the service locations for on-site interpretation?

Per Section 4. SCOPE OF WORK: Johnson County is seeking bids for On-Call Interpreter and Translation Services, in accordance with the specifications outlined, for various Johnson County departments. A complete list of County departments can be accessed using this link: https://www.jocogov.org/department-directory.
The requested services will consist of providing foreign language interpretation and / or translation services on an as-needed basis for County and District Court programs and services at various county facilities, including but not limited to: Johnson County’s Aging and Human Services Department, County Manager’s Office, Johnson County Developmental Supports, Johnson County Department of Health and Environment, Johnson County Emergency Services, Johnson County Mental Health Center, Johnson County Park & Recreation District, Johnson County 10th Judicial District Court, Johnson County Court Services, Johnson County District Attorney’s Office, and Johnson County Department of Corrections.

10. As we do not maintain a fleet of cars, we do not carry Automobile Liability Insurance. However, our interpreters maintain their own insurance, which meets the client’s requirements. Please confirm this is acceptable.

Per Section 7.6 EVALUATION/AWARD: The Financial Management and Administration, Purchasing Division, reserves the right to award by item, groups of items, or on all or none basis; and reserves the right to reject any or all bids in part, or in its entirety, to waive any minor technicality or irregularities of bids received.
