A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the Johnson County Executive Airport Maintenance Building located at 15335 S Pflumm Rd., Olathe. Please gather at the Maintenance Building for the Pre-Bid Conference, which will be followed by a site visit.



All bids must be submitted through Johnson County's electronic bidding system, IonWave.


Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, KS.
