REQUEST FOR QUOTES

Notice is hereby given that the City of Manhattan, KS, is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide a lease for one mailing system with 10 lb. weighing platform and one folder/inserter with four flexfeeders and one maxifeeder.

Sealed Quotes will be received in the Customer Service Department at 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, KS 66502. The deadline for submitting a Quote is no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, September 1, 2023. The City reserves the right to eliminate any Quote that is an incomplete or inadequate response, or is not responsive to the RFQ requirements, or is otherwise deemed to be unqualified during any stage of the process.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or portions of quotes, to waive minor deficiencies, or to solicit new quotes, as may be deemed necessary or in the best interest of the City.

All persons awarded and/or entering into Contracts with the City of Manhattan shall comply with all applicable city, state, and federal provisions pertaining to non-discrimination, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action on public Contracts.
