Proposals will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, Parks and Recreation department at 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24. Proposals received after this time will be rejected. These proposals will cover the following projects:

Concert Production Services

The City of Manhattan Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an experienced, well qualified event management, production services, or other company with similar experience to provide Concert Production Services for the nine (9) live, free concerts which comprise the City’s 2023 Arts in the Park Summer Concert Series (2023 AITP Series). Concert Production Services will include scouting, booking, managing, and compensating talent for the series of concerts as more fully described in this RFQ/RFP.
