REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Manhattan, Kansas, is requesting Proposals from interested and qualified public, non-profit entities or private firms, to establish a contract for animal shelter operations and lease of the City’s existing animal shelter facilities.
All submissions are due at the office of Wyatt Thompson, Assistant City Manager, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on July 12, 2023. Submissions received after said time will be returned unopened. A detailed list of submission requirements is listed in the Request for Proposals.
