NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 P.M., on May 31, 2023, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:
Douglass Complex and Flint Hills Breadbasket Parking Lot
(PR2304)/(CA2016)
The project will include but is not limited to the following major categories of work:

Dispose of old freezer unit

Furnish and install walk-in freezer unit

7” Concrete Pavement (AE) 675 SY

TIME LIMIT: 90 Calendar Days
A portion of this project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Section 3 Requirements. Contractors must supply their SAM.gov Unique Entity ID on the Bid Proposal and Contractor with apparent low bid must be registered in the federal System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) before contract will be awarded.
