Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. All prospective bidders are advised that no bids for this work will be accepted unless the bidder has viewed the property to be rehabilitated in the company of the Housing Rehabilitation Inspector.
