The City of Gardner is requesting Statements of Qualifications from airport consultants for Terminal Building Design and Construction Administration at the Gardner Municipal Airport (K34). Services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, final environmental evaluations, final building and site design, contract document preparation, bidding, construction observation, and special services such as geotechnical/subsurface investigations and topographic surveying.
Sealed statements will be accepted by the City of Gardner, Public Works Department, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 4:00 P.M. (local time) on March 21, 2023 and must be marked “GMA (K34) Terminal Building Design”. A PDF version of the submittal must also be emailed to k34@gardnerkansas.gov .
Any proposal received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
