Description: The City of Gardner is requesting proposals (sealed or emailed) from qualified consultants for the Electric Master Plan, Project EA2401.

A site visit is required for each consultant to conduct and evaluate current electric infrastructure to determine the best approach in their Proposal.

Proposals will be accepted by the City of Gardner, Kansas Utilities Department until 11:00 AM. (local time) August 28, at which time the proposals will be taken under advisement, and the names of respondents will be made available for public record; all other information is confidential until contract negotiations are completed. Any proposal received after the designated closing time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. No oral, telegraphic, facsimile or telephonic Proposals or Proposals alteration or corrections will be considered.

Sealed proposals shall be submitted to the Gardner Utility Department in sealed envelopes address to the City of Gardner, 1150 E Santa Fe Street, Gardner, Kansas 66030, Attention: Utilities Director, marked "Electric Master Plan, Project EA2401." Sealed proposal shall include one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive or disk) of the proposal.

Emailed proposals shall be submitted to the Gardner Utility Department at Utilities_Department@gardnerkansas.gov , using Subject "Electric Master Plan, Project EA2401."

Copies of plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a Non-Refundable fee online at www.drexteltech.com in their eDistribution plan room. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.
