Quail Meadows Project Changes to Bid Set:
All sheets are now dated 2/21/23 and supersede the original bid set dated 8/04/2022. Modifications have been made to the following sheets:
C01 – Sheet C13 (Signage Details) & C22 (Metal Handrail Details) are renamed in table of contents.
C02 – Updated quantities estimate based on box culvert and pavement removal and replacement & included an additional note for trail width transition.
C05 – Swale detail has been modified to show trail pavement.
C06 – Additional note added to updated plans: “grade area to drain over trail”.
C07 – Sidewalk pavement removal and replacement added to plan.
C11 – New sidewalk shown & sidewalk demo shown.
C13 – Sheet name changed to “Signage Details”.
C14 – Box culvert has been sized to be 3’x8’. Profile and plan notes have been changed to reflect this.
C22 – Sheet name changed to “Metal Handrail Details”.
