The City of Gardner is requesting proposals from “independent” (non-broker-dealer affiliated) municipal advisory firms, that are registered with the SEC and MSRB, to provide services, including but not limited to, assisting with the issuance and structuring of bonds from April 03, 2023 through December 31, 2025 with two (2) optional one-year renewals up to a maximum contract period of five (5) years.
