The City will receive ON-CALL RATE SHEETS in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 East Third Street, P.O. Box 38, Bonner Springs, Kansas, 66012 until 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2024, for the following:

Sealed rate sheets must be marked as specified by each packet requirement. Rate Sheets received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the sender. Rates will be evaluated by the City and placed on an “On-Call List” when services are needed. The City reserves the right to select any submittal that best suits its need whether the rate is the lowest or not and reserves the right to reject all submittals or waive informalities.
