Proposals are to be submitted via Turner Construction Building Connected. Bids submitted outside of Building Connected will not be accepted. All correspondence will be through Building Connected.

This project involves Federal and State Funding sources so all correspondence must be through Building Connected to ensure an equal and fair bidding process for all bidders. Please utilize Building Connected for any scope, bidding or project specific questions.
