Addendum 1 to modify the FORMAT of following attributes:

• 10: “The system should provide the ability to include rich media, inclusive of images and videos, directly in the syllabus.

Please detail the steps to include a video in a syllabus. Indicate if the video can be directly embedded into the Editor or if the video must be uploaded in a separate location.

• 15: “Please detail the steps for a user to complete a syllabus, inclusive of saving content throughout the process.”
• 28: “The system must give school users the ability to update and change syllabus templates as needed without technical support. If so, please explain how the institution can make template modifications (removal and addition of content).”
• 32: “The system should be relatively easy and quick to implement Please Describe your typical implementation plan and timeline and explain what drives this timeline.”

• 40: “System must support SAML2 SSO”

The purpose of this solicitation is for KU to select a digital solution to serve as the central repository for all approved syllabi across campus.
