This is a solicitation for the Right of First Refusal to purchase State of Kansas Historic Preservation Tax Credits from the University of Kansas over the period of one year with options to renew for two (2) annual renewals, which are at the discretion of the University.

We recommend that interested bidders progress through the eBid Tabs starting on the left side of the screen moving one tab at a time to the right side of the screen where you will submit your proposal.

You will find the Request for Bid document in the ATTACHMENTS Tab. We recommend that bidders read this document first.

You are being asked to submit your offered price as cents per Tax Credit Dollar in the LINE ITEMS Tab. Please enter your Bid in cents per dollar that you are offering to pay for this tax credit being offered

You are being asked to answer other questions in the ATTRIBUTES Tab.

You will be able to upload any documents requested in the RESPONSE ATTACHMENTS Tab.
