This RFP is being issued to select one a firm to conduct a validation study of the State of Pennsylvania Core Standards & KU Center for Accessible Teaching, Learning and Assessment Systems (ATLAS), Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) Essential Elements in Grades K-Grade 12 in English Language Arts (ELA) & Mathematics.

We strongly recommend that interested bidders proceed through this RFP using the Gray Tabs, starting with the one on the far left of the screen moving one at a time to the far right of the screen. There may be items in these tabs that bidders must take action on before you will be able to digitally sign and submit your proposal in the last tab on the far right of the screen. Any Field with a Red * is a required field that must be answered. It is the intent of the University to award multiple contracts for these services.
