NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids are invited and will be received until 10:00 a.m, local time, on Friday, July 28th at the office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880. All bids will be opened at City Hall immediately thereafter.

SCOPE; The equipment consists of: three mowers.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
