Principal Items of Work:
To provide dumpsters, trash pick-up, hauling and disposal as required for the designated County Buildings.
This Contract shall begin August 1, 2023 and expires on July 31, 2024. Riley County reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four additional option years.

No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days following the opening of the bids. The Riley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive formalities in considering bids and to accept the bid which, in the Board's option, is in the best interest of Riley County.
