Construction Method:
Asphalt Pavement Milling a depth of 1.0” with millings to be delivered to Riley County, and Delivery and application of 1.5”of Bituminous Hot Mix Asphalt at specified locations.

Nonresident contractors who are individuals or partnerships and nonresident corporations not already registered with the Secretary of Revenue are required to register with the Secretary of Revenue and to file a bond to assure payment of taxes, if the total contract price or compensation to be received amounts to more than $10,000 (K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 79-1009, K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 79-1010).

The Riley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities in considering Bids and to accept the Bid which, in the Board’s opinion, is in the best interest of Riley County.
