INVITATION FOR BIDS

CITY OF GARDNER

The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the “South Center Trail replacement”. The project includes, but is not limited to, removal of 4,677’ of existing asphalt trail to be replaced by a 10’ concrete trail on an AB-3 base, along with the installation of 2 ADA ramps.  Proposals will be accepted by the City of Gardner, Kansas, at the Public Works Department, Gardner City Hall, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 10:00 A.M. (local time) on March 14, 2024.  Sealed Bids are due prior to the Bid Deadline indicated above and must be marked “Bid for: South Center Trail replacement.  Any Bid received after the designated closing time will be returned to Bidder unopened.

Copies of plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com .  Information regarding this project can be found in the “Public Jobs” link on the website.  Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS  66214, 913-371-4430.  Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges.  Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.
