STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
ALT Pro Olympus Automated Endoscope Leak Tester
VETERANS HEATH ADMINISTRATION

1. INTRODUCTION
This is to provide the Robert J. Dole VAMC with two (2) ALT-Pro Automated Endoscope Leak Testers for leak testing all types of Olympus endoscopes for endoscopic procedures.
2. BACKGROUND
Dry leak testing is a required step when reprocessing an endoscope. The current dry leak tester at our facility is no longer supported by the manufacturer, to include servicing and repairs.
3. SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, hardware, cables, attachments, and accessories to ensure a fully operational piece of equipment that will specifically fit all Olympus Endoscopes and must be validated to work with all Olympus Endoscopes.
All goods shall be new, unused, produced from current production components, and shall be delivered ready for use.
4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Salient Features:
Ability to print out results from leak test
Dual scope testing capabilities
Must have a wall mountable holder
Must have automatic and manual setting for leak testing
Data storage and data export capabilities
Need to be portable
Must be compatible and validated for use with all Olympus Endoscopes.
B. Technical Requirements:
Dimensions -280 (W) x 201 (H) x 184 (D) mm (11.0x7.9 x7.2 inch), 280 (W) x 201 (H) x202 (D)mm maximum (11.0 x 7.9 x 8.0 inch)
Weight- no more than 5.5Kg (12.1lbs)
Data storage- Approximately 13,000kgs
