The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Envision Xpress Inc. contracts through National Industries for the Blind(NIB) and the AbilityOne Program to help outfit and/or support the U.S. military. Market research revealed that the circumstances in regard to this requirement have not changed. FAR 8.002 Prioritizes the use of AbilityOne/NIB sources higher than GSA and other mandated sources. Envision Xpress Inc. has a retail store located on McConnell AFB and is able to fulfill the requirement in its entirety. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 315990 and the size standard is 500 employees
