The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP). We are seeking proposals on the following: *** Mobile CT Scanner Rental (Date TBD) for the Wichita VAMC ***
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFP is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers, with a size Standard of $16.5 Million, and Product Service Code (PSC) of J065. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as a Service-Disabled Veteran Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. NMR will not apply since this is a service contract.
All RFP details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFP, which will be released on or about December 20, 2022. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFP should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be January 11, 2023 at 11:00 am Central Standard Time (CST). RFP response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFP - 36C25523R0042 in the subject line to ronald.castle@va.gov
Questions regarding this RFP shall be received by 01/04/2023 at 11:00 am CST. All amendments, other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the Sam website at https://sam.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Non-OEM Firms must submit their Authorized Distributor Letter with the quote.
