The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to V-Soft Communications, (UEI: TLKKEYYGBSD1) for AM-PRO 2 Software, AM Mapping and Frequency Search Program. This effort will provide the FCC a one-year subscription with 4 option periods for 13 user licenses under a Firm Fixed Price effort. The period of performance for the order is 03/16/2023 – 03/15/2024, with Four (4) Option periods. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source., the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals or quotations. Any challenges to this sole source requirement must be in writing and shall include sufficient information to enable the Government's needs as stated herein.
