The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). We are seeking quotes on the following: ***HAAG STREIT SLIT LAMP FOR WICHITA VAMC***
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339112 -Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 1000 Employees, and Product Service Code (PSC) of 6540. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as Total Small Business Set-Aside.
All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about January 23, 2023. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be January 31, 2023 at 11:00 am Central Standard Time (CST). RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - 36C25523Q0110 in the subject line to heather.strouhal@va.gov.
