THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure Spectrum Analyzers on a SOLE SOURCE basis but is seeking vendors that may be able to support this requirement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought notice. In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
Scope: Acquiring the need is anticipated for Spectrum Analyzers, to support electromagnetic signature and emissions control. These spectrum analyzers be compatible with current U.S. Army Program of Record system, the Electronic Warfare Planning and Management (EWPMT). The spectrum analyzer must be able to monitor up to Super-High Frequencies (KU Band) up to 26.5 Ghz. There is no current contract that fulfils this requirement.
