Description:
Provide the Veterans Health Administration, Robert J. Dole VA Nutrition and Food service Department with one (1) Restaurant/Commercial grade Range, natural gas, 60", (6) 30,000 BTU open burners with lift-off burner heads, (1) 24" attached char broiler with (4) 16,000 BTU burners, (2) standard oven bases, stainless steel front, sides, back riser & high shelf, fully welded frame, 6" adjustable legs, 302,000 BTU. This oven is needed to meet the needs of kitchen production as NFS move towards choice dining and modernization. Vulcan brand. Similar to Vulcan Endurance Gas Restaurant Range model 60SS-6B24CBN.
Scope of work:
The contractor shall provide in new working condition a gas operated, 6 lift-off burner head range, double standard oven with 24 char broiler that is compatible with the specifications listed in the technical requirements. The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation
Package is not required.
Technical Requirements:
A. Salient Features for 6 burner range/stove with char broiler:
Fully welded frame
Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, lift-off high shelf
6" stainless steel adjustable legs
Six open top burners, each burner is 30,000 BTU/hr. with lift-off burner heads.
Shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot per two burners)
Heavy duty cast grates, easy lift-off 12" x 121 2" in front and 12" x 141 2" in the rear.
24" char broiler with four 16,000 BTU/hr. burners with supercharger dividers; total 64,000 BTU/hr.
Extra deep pull-out stainless-steel crumb trays with welded corners
23,000 BTU/hr. baker s depth oven cavity, full size sheet pans (18" x 26") fit front to back.
Oven thermostat adjusts from 250°F to 500°F.
Two oven racks and four rack positions for each oven
1-year limited parts and labor warranty
Options for multiple year extended warranty
