Wilson Lake Project: The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and herbicide as specified to perform vegetative management and aerial (Helicopter) herbicide application services to areas as described in this Description of work and General
Requirements and elsewhere in the contract. Acceptable performance standards and current regulations are provided for each task. The Contractor shall monitor performance and ensure compliance in accordance with the terms and conditions. An aquatic labeled, active ingredient based Imazapyr chemical and an aquatic labeled Methylated Seed Oil product must be provided by the contractor and shall be used in treatment areas specified in this document.
Kanopolis Lake Project: The Contractor shall provide labor and necessary equipment to perform vegetative management and aerial (Helicopter) herbicide application services to areas as described in this Description of work and General Requirements and elsewhere in the contract. The Government shall provide the herbicide and adjuvants. Acceptable performance standards and current regulations are provided for each task. The Contractor shall monitor performance and ensure compliance in accordance with the terms and conditions.
